• First charge happens when you subscribe
• After that, you'll be billed automatically on the 7th of each month or quarter
• Delivery/Shipping begin after the 7th of the month (we will contact you when your subscription is ready to be locally delivered in LA or shipped in CA). If shipping, you’ll receive tracking info once your box is on the way.

We only sell wines within the state of California and there are two ways to receive your subscription:

1. If you're in the Los Angeles area, Unfined Wines will hand-deliver your subscription and you will need to be home to receive the delivery. We will communicate with you each renewal period to coordinate a specific delivery day and time.

2. If you're outside of the Los Angeles but within California, your subscription will be delivered via one of the shipping carriers (example: UPS, FedEx, etc.). You will receive a tracking number from us via email once the shipping carrier has picked up the wines from our warehouse and then you will be able to track your order. Any change to your shipped order will require you to reach out to the shipping carrier to coordinate, as we do not have control of the wines once the shipping carrier picks them up.

We focus on natural, organic/biodynamic, and low-intervention, additive-free wines - everything from vibrant reds and crisp whites to fun pét-nats and orange wines. Expect small producers who put a lot of love into their craft.

You choose which subscription type you're most interested in. From there, you can let us know what you like to drink and we can tailor it based on your preferences - or let surprise you with our own picks we know you'll love!

Yes we have 4 different subscription types! You can choose between red, white, mixed, or orange subscription.

We offer flexible plans - choose from 2, 4, or 6 bottles per subscription.

Yes! Let us know and we can update your profile anytime if you’re feeling more into whites this season or want to avoid reds. You can also do it yourself - when you first sign up for a subscription, you receive an email which tells you how to set up your own account where you can manage your subscription (make sure to check your spam folder just in case!)

Yes, and someone 21+ must be available to sign for the delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.

Exact time and day of local deliveries in LA are confirmed with the customer each delivery window and can easily be adjusted if needed so that a delivery is not missed.

For shipping, the carrier will usually attempt delivery again. You can also reschedule or arrange a pickup at a local access point (using the tracking number we provide you).

All of the wines we carry are organically farmed. Most of our wines are vegan-friendly but not all, so let us know if you'd like vegan-only wines!

Read our blog post about sulfites for more detail. The wines we carry have either very-little to no added sulfites. Sulfites are a natural byproduct of naturally occurring fermentation so every bottle of wine in the world has to an extent, a bit of naturally occurring sulfites. Sometimes, winemakers will add more sulfites to keep the wine from going bad. We select winemakers that either add no sulfites or add very little (we prefer wines that have way less sulfites than what even Demeter certified biodynamic winemakers are allowed to legally add).

Yes! Each subscription includes tasting notes, winemaker stories, and pairing suggestions.
