WINE WITHOUT THE BULLSHIT. This is how we approach the ideology behind natural wine. We like to think of natural wine like this: grapes which must be farmed organically (no chemicals such as pesticides, herbicides, etc.), hand-picked and produced with as little intervention as possible.
We prefer to drink our wine in similar manner as farm-to-table, made in the most organic and natural way possible. The opposite of natural wine is conventional wine.
Conventional wine likes to farm grapes by the use of pesticides and herbicides. Conventional wine also likes to use lab produced yeast to streamline and commercialize flavors. Conventional wine likes to use fining agents like fish guts and egg whites to make wine clear. The FDA approves 60+ chemical additives to be added in conventional wine making practices. Honestly, we don't agree with these methods and prefer wine made better for you. You should be aware of and understand what goes into your bottle of wine.
We decided to dedicate our time to advocate for natural wine and hand-pick wine that meets higher standards. We want you to taste the difference. We want you to feel better. We want you to support wine makers that care about the environment and what goes into your body. Yes! We are an online wine shop and we hand-deliver to you in the Los Angeles area (same-day available). We also ship anywhere in California.
We hand-deliver to the Los Angeles area. We don't offer pick-ups at this time. If you happen to be outside of our delivery zone you will receive an error message at checkout. If this is the case, please give us a call at 310-721-3476 or email us at email@example.com and we can try and accommodate your request within a reasonable distance.

We offer same-day delivery in Los Angeles. When you add your items to the Cart, you are required to enter date and time of preferred delivery. Same-day delivery will be available unless orders for the desired same-day delivery times have been allocated to existing orders. If same-day delivery slots have been allocated and you’re unable to select same-day delivery, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request for same-day delivery!
Please have your 21+ ID or Driver’s License ready for us to check upon our arrival. If we are not able to verify your age, we will not be able to deliver your wine and you may incur restocking charges for us to attempt delivery another day. We are always in search of the next great bottle to add to our collection, if there’s something you love we want to hear about it. If you’re interested in trying something new, please contact us as well, as we are happy to recommend something similar. It’s always better to have a bottle while you are waiting for a bottle.

You get to choose and sign-up for either a 2-bottle Membership ($55) or 4-bottle Membership ($95). Once you sign-up, this will be a recurring charge on the 7th day of every month, until you cancel.
If you are in the LA area and within our delivery distance we will hand-deliver your subscription and deliveries begin on the second Wednesday of every month. We reach out to you to coordinate a delivery day and time each month as it gets closer to the second Wednesday.
If you are outside of the LA area, your wine will be shipped on the second Wednesday of every month and the shipping carrier will email you a tracking number to track your subscription once they have picked up the order from our warehouse.

When you sign up as first-time new member, you will need to sign up on or before the 21st day of the current month to get your wine subscription for that particular month. After this initial charge, you are charged on the 7th day of each month going forward.
If you sign up after the 21st day, you will be paying for the following month's wine subscription (feel free give us a call at 310.721.3476 if you would like to be included in the current subscription cycle even though you've signed up after the 21st and we can try to fit you in if there is availability).
We curate and allocate Membership wines specifically for our members each month and they cannot be purchased separately without a subscription.
There may be times where we have leftover bottles of the subscription you've received so if you do like your subscription bottle and would like to order more, please give us a call or text at 310.721.3476 or email us at email@example.com and we can let you know if there are any bottles remaining to be purchases at your Membership rate.
You can cancel or pause your Membership from the Customer Portal. You access your Customer Portal in two ways:
1. Clicking the unique Customer Portal link sent to you in your Subscription Activation email.
2. Logging into your customer account (located in the top right corner of our website, to the right of the search button).
