Easy drinking red. Cherry, raspberry and floral notes. Grapes grown in limestone and sand soil, expressing really good minerality. Whole cluster fermentation (adds some earthiness) in neutral oak (neutral oak softens the tannins a bit, rounds out the wine's structure and contributes to softer mouthfeel). Juice also underwent natural malolactic fermentation, which further gives the wine a smoother, more rounded mouthfeel.
