We suggest going with these lighter-bodied, chillable red wines which have higher acidity (especially those that have gone through a fermenting process known as Carbonic Maceration). Carbonic maceration is a process which doesn’t extract as much dryness, tannins or dark color in red wine and as such makes the wine very light and juicy, fresh and easy to drink like a white or rose.
