Dilettante is a small natural wine producer in San Francisco. With local farmers from Mendocino, Sonoma, Lodi, and the Sierras, we are making wines in the spirit of our favorite, small European natural wine producers. Simple, honest winemaking. Little intervention. As zero-zero as possible.

Direct press. On the lees for 12 months. Sunshine in a glass, grapefruit, strawberry and tropical notes, flavorful.
