Lively, fresh and aromatic wine. Inspired by the many European wine regions (like Touraine, France) that produce light, fresh red wines intended for early consumption, named for the tectonic province that shapes our region. Grapes were co-fermented together, 30% of them whole cluster. Can serve slightly chilled if preferred, but not necessary.
