The clay-limestone 8-acre parcels located in "Les Narys" give this wine its unique blend of flavors from 6 different vineyards (wine spent 10 months in steel tanks). As the largest cuvee of the estate, its rich red color is truly stunning. The aromas of freshly squeezed blackberry fruit and earthy aftertastes will make you feel like you're noshing on grapes straight from the vine. The satisfyingly savory aftertaste and lingering berry overtones will leave you longing for another sip.

Step onto Domaine Bordes, a 22-acre estate nestled in the enchanting AOP Saint-Chinian, and meet Philippe and Emma Bordes, the eccentric duo behind the exceptional wines. After ditching his plumbing career in favor of a countryside dream, Philippe's passion for organic farming was ignited by 30 years of consuming organically-grown foods. Never formally trained, the couple learned the ropes through trial and error, with Philippe comparing it to a game of poker. Their biodynamic practices paid off with organic certification in 2008, making them one of just 15 organic producers in the region. Surrounded by rugged garigue and plowing their plots with horses, the Bordes family has created a haven for biodiversity. Their low-yield approach allows the vines to develop their own defense systems, eliminating the need for excessive treatments. In the cellar, all winemaking is aligned with the lunar cycle, with no additives used except for a dash of sulfites to ensure stability of wines over time and travel.
