Super limited. Woman winemaker, Cassidy Miller. Buddy/Buddy is her project of learning and exploring fermentations alongside the attitude of never taking yourself too seriously. She practice minimal intervention with the grapes in the cellar. This means spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeast, no fining/filtering, and little to no sulfur additions. She aims to make wines, ciders, and co-ferments that are fun, accessible to all, and most importantly...delicious.
One barrel of the '21 Chenin Blanc and one barrel of '20 Heirloom apples, bottled with a touch of fermenting Newton Pippin juice for bubbles. This bottle is alive, bubbly and feeling herself! Spontaneously fermented, unfined, unfiltered. At bottling: free SO2 <2mg/L, total SO2 19mg/L, 0.2g/L residual sugar.
