Behind the bottle is Olivier Cousin, one of the true pioneers of natural wine in the Loire. Farming in Anjou, he’s been making wines without additives, including sulfur, since the 1980s. A dedicated farmer at heart, he works his vineyards with horses and focuses on Cabernet Franc, his grape of choice, crafting wines that are as honest and vibrant as the land they come from.
The result is a wine that feels alive and unpolished in the best way-pure fruit, real character, and a sense of place in every glass.
