Les Vins Pirouettes is a collective project founded by renowned Alsatian winemaker Christian Binner to support organic and biodynamic growers in making their own wines rather than selling their grapes to cooperatives. Rooted in Alsace’s diverse terroir and favorable climate, the project showcases a range of vibrant, zero-addition wines that highlight the region’s unique soils and grape varieties. Each bottle features the winemaker’s name and reflects their individual style, with playful cuvées like Glou Glou, Tutti Frutti, and Eros. More than just a brand, Pirouettes is a movement of passionate artisans crafting soulful, terroir-driven wines with freedom and joy.

This particular bottle is made by the winemaker Pierre Bannwarth, who now works alongside his dad Stéphane at their family winery Domaine Laurent Bannwarth. He joined the Pirouettes collective in 2022. His wines are just like him: bubbly and authentic!

Grapes were picked when ripe and sorted in the vineyards. Direct pressed. Elevage on the fine lees in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
