Pezzuoli has been making wine for 4 generations (since 1932), with Alberto Pezzuoli as the current winemaker. Their wines are 100% estate-made using their own rooted vines. Grasparossa di Castelvetro, situated south of Modena, is the smallest Lambrusco-producing region. Wines from this micro-region are usually dry and full-bodied, boasting a rich reddish-purple hue and perfectly balanced tannins.
