We love anything Pinot Blanc so we were excited when we found an Alsatian blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris from a top producer in Alsace, macerated for 8 days on the skins. This wine is so expressive yet so easy to drink. It has this, almost flinty minerality, honeyed, cashew characteristic and it's light on its feet. All of the wines from this domain are very stable, even though the winemaker does not add any sulfites. Yves Amberg is regarded as one of the most skilled and influential winemakers in Alsace, France.
