Tantalizing Piquette-style vino. Low-AB 'wine cooler' is delectably delish! After delicately draining the juice from Sangiovese, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat grapes, the winemaker steeped the pomace with water for two days' extra yumminess. To add a hint of fermented flavor, they finished the blend off with a splash of partially-fermented juice and sealed it up under a crown cap.
