From 80+ year old vines. Young and bright, full of red cherry and strawberry fruit, really easy to drink.

This wine is not disgorged, so you’ll notice natural sediment in the bottle. You can pour gently for a clearer glass, or swirl to mix for more texture and flavor. Chill well, open slowly (preferably over a sink), and expect a little wild energy in the glass.
