One of our favorite white wines. This Syrah was directly pressed, and painstaking effort was employed to prevent red pigmentation from the grape skins, giving rise to a white with tart and red-fruited notes. A truly delicious, clean-flavored, light-bodied wine, with low tannins and a touch of minerality.
