About the producer: In their pursuit of pure winemaking, Jody and Emily Towe craft wines that reflect their deep commitment to clean living and natural processes. Their journey into winemaking paralleled their path as parents, leading them to question the conventional use of additives in wine just as they scrutinized the ingredients in their family's food. Working exclusively with thoughtfully farmed fruit, they rely on indigenous yeast and neutral vessels, adding minimal SO2 only when essential.
