From 80+ year old vines. Young and bright, full of red cherry and strawberry fruit, really easy to drink.

Winemaking : Hand-Picked Grapes | Native Yeast Fermentation | Unfined | Unfiltered | Vegan

 

Region : : Cima-Corgo, Alijó, Douro Valley, Portugal

 

Grape : FIeld Blend

 

Alcohol : 11.5%

 

This wine is not disgorged, so you’ll notice natural sediment in the bottle. You can pour gently for a clearer glass, or swirl to mix for more texture and flavor. Chill well, open slowly (preferably over a sink), and expect a little wild energy in the glass.
