Only 670 bottles produced. This dry blend of 35! different varieties expresses earthy and fruity notes, it has so much flavor! This is one of our favorite wines to drink right now.

Grape : Blend of 25 Georgian varieties | Syrah, Chardonnay, Grenache, Gamay, Sauvignon Blanc | 5 Italian varieties | 1 Ukrainian variety

Woman Winemaker: Tamuna Bidzinashvili

 

 

Tamuna Bidzinashvili established Kortavebis Marani winery back in 2014. Initially, she used negocian grapes while waiting for her 2.5 ha vineyard in Kakheti to mature. Currently, 60% of the grapes come from the Kortavebis Marani property, featuring a diverse collection of 35 indigenous grape varieties. Staying true to Georgian tradition, the wines are aged in qveri for added flavor.

Vines grown in red clay. 5 days maceration on skins in qvevri, then aged additional 9 months in qvevri.
