This combo of Grenache Blanc and Gris, Carignan Blanc and Gris, Vermentino, and Blanqutte has been cold-soaked for 3 days before a gentle press into stainless and a snooze in concrete tanks. A beaming beauty, with white fruits and florals on the bouquet, ripe stone fruit, scrubland shrubbery, and a lick of lemony brininess on the sip, backed by pillowy tannins and zippy acidity.
