Gentle process of carbonic maceration, resulting in an uplifting and wonderfully vibrant fruit profile. Its texture is velvety and easygoing, boasting flavors of cherry, plum, and a touch of earthiness. Grown in clay-limestone soils. Matured in concrete vats, no oak.
