THE GUADIOSO FAMILY OWNS AND OPERATES A FARM IN PARTANNA, A SMALL COMMUNE IN SOUTHWEST SICILY, USING BIODYNAMIC TECHNIQUES TO GROW GRAPES AND OLIVES (IN VOLCANIC SOIL) AND ALSO RAISE SHEEP IN A CRUELTY-FREE WAY. THEIR DEEP BOND WITH AND RESPECT FOR NATURE HAS LED THEM TO ABOLISH THE USE OF SYNTHETIC FERTILIZERS AND CHEMICAL PESTICIDES, INSTEAD MANAGING THE LAND FOLLOWING NATURAL CYCLES.

Golden yellow in colour. On the nose there are scents of yellow flowers, candied citrus fruits, vanilla but also syruped apricots and pleasant balsamic notes. On the palate there is a good persistence with an aromatic and elegant finish and an almond and caramel aftertaste. Delicious!
