Family owned and operated. Organic certified since the early 1990s. The vineyards with an average age of 40 years old located a few kilometers from the ionian sea. A fully functioning farm working only organically. The soil types are a mixture of sand, clay, and red limestone. Lower alcohol and brighter side of primitivo.

Primitivo del Salento is a red wine that is extremely aromatic with intense, rich, enveloping flavor and undertones of wild berries and strawberries. It makes for a fresh and balanced glass, not too tannic, that pairs excellently with meat or with pasta dishes with meat sauces.
