Watermelon jolly rancher meets lemon head and it goes really well. We like Rosé that can hold up to 101 degrees and clear skies. This wine is built for solar reprieve and batting eyelashes.

Both lots were direct pressed to stainless steel for fermentation. After primary fermentation, the Syrah was moved to neutral oak barrels, and the Zinfandel was moved to 55 gallon stainless steel drums. Both lots were aged sur lie for the first 8 weeks, then racked clean and finished in stainless steel. 100% native yeast, and the only addition was minimal S02.
